Dear swimmer, parent or guardian,
You may have heard about the monthly draw that we run within the club. The draw is a fun way to raise some funds for the club and gives all participants a
chance to win prizes every month. There is absolutely no obligation to join but we are taking this opportunity to invite you to sign up if you wish.
We have raised over £3000 for club funds and paid out £2000 in prizes to 35 different winners since we started the draw.
You contribute just £4 a month paid by standing order from your bank and you are allocated a unique number. There is a draw every month and if your number
is first out of the bag, you win the first prize of £50, or £25 for the second prize.
You or your child needs to be a member of RRSC in order to participate. You can end your participation at any time by notifying your bank and myself in
writing.
As some swimmers inevitably move on from the club we usually have a few spare numbers. If there is sufficient demand, however, we will expand the
numbers (and increase the prizes !) so it could grow to be a 60 – 60 draw !
The funds raised will be used for specific events or purchases and these will be publicised.
